My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although not as presented on the website and had a bad smell, was saved by the incredibly comfortable bed. The service, while friendly and helpful during breakfast, lacked basic greetings. The location, right next to the Metro station in a safe neighborhood, was convenient for my activities. The dining experience, although simple and okay, lacked friendliness regarding breakfast timings. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Additionally, the hotel charged a high amount as a deposit without our consent or explanation, adding to our displeasure.
