Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although not as presented on the website and had a bad smell, was saved by the incredibly comfortable bed. The service, while friendly and helpful during breakfast, lacked basic greetings. The location, right next to the Metro station in a safe neighborhood, was convenient for my activities. The dining experience, although simple and okay, lacked friendliness regarding breakfast timings. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to par with a strong smell and a lengthy wait for check-in, while the service was helpful but lacked some hospitality. The location was not the safest, and the dining options were limited and overpriced. However, the hotel had some positive aspects too.
The hotel room we had booked was supposed to be an upgrade from the classic double room, but it turned out to be disappointing as it cost extra money and was missing essential amenities like a clothes closet. The room had a bad smell, and the check-in process was extremely delayed, causing us to lose valuable time. Despite moving to another room, the lack of ventilation made both rooms stuffy, and the noise from traffic was bothersome. The bathrooms were also not well-equipped, with non-functioning extractors despite promises for a fix. Additionally, the hotel charged a high amount as a deposit without our consent or explanation, adding to our displeasure.
